Some of the files listed below without active links are currently in non-networked CD-ROM format, and must be used in the ETRC. In other cases, files are Internet-accessible; links are provided wherever possible.

  1. The Clinton Health Security Plan (MBR)
    Interactive version with supporting documents, and expert analyses (including the American Bar Association, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Health Insurance Association of America). Over 60 videos with President Clinton's address to Congress and Mrs. Clinton's commentary.

  2. The Constitution: Analysis and Interpretation (MBR)
    A full-text, indexed Folio Infobase on CD-ROM containing annotations of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States to July, 1990.

  3. Haldeman Diaries: Inside the Nixon White House (1969-1973) (MBR)
    Multimedia version with over 800 photos and more than 60 minutes of video along with audio narratives, all integrated with the text of the Diary (750,000 words). Every word is indexed and can be instantly searched.

  4. Past Masters (RK)
    This cluster of full-text databases includes coverage of Political Philosophy (Machiavelli, Rousseau, Paine, the Federalist Papers). Available in the ETRC in CD format. Also provided here is a web link to a set of sample pages set up by the supplier, Intelex. Full web access will soon be available.

  5. Presidential Papers (KB)
    A full text, indexed Folio Infobase on CD-ROM containing presidential papers from Washington through Clinton previously published in Messages and Papers of the Presidents and Public Papers of the Presidents.

  6. The Sixth State Duma of Russia: Complete Results of December 1995 Elections and Deputy Profiles (CD-ROM) (MBR)
    "Detailed results of the 1995 Russian Parliamentary Elections by party, candidate and geographic region. Includes complete committee lists and assignments; brief biographic date on those elected and percentage analyses of the votes cast for each party and candidate." "The database is based on official data published in the newspaper Rossiiskaia gazeta (17, 19 and 24 January, 1996). The user may choose between three volumes (regions, parties and deputies)."
